The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, making it perfect for easy access to the city centre. The rooms are spacious and nicely presented, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast options are amazing, with plenty of variety to choose from. the staff are friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to fulfill special requests.

The bathroom doors do not offer much privacy as they lack locks and do not seal shut properly.

The pool at Novotel was a great highlight of our stay. We were excited to spend time in the pool as we always do during our trips, but unfortunately, the water was not heated enough this time. We mentioned it to the receptionists twice, but nothing was done to fix it. Despite this disappointment, we still enjoyed our time in the hotel. The hotel itself was impressive, with excellent facilities and a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience.

I would recommend this hotel, but it's important to note that there were a few drawbacks such as the cold pool and the lack of attention to our request. Nonetheless, our stay at Novotel was enjoyable and worth considering for future visits.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was beautifully designed with modern decor and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini fridge, iron, and plenty of charging sockets. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The location of the hotel next to the rail station was so convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The swimming and gym facilities were fantastic, and I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the indoor pool. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from and attentive service from the chef.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.
